Do you supply images during the event?

Yes. We provide live uploads as it happens to a secure gallery so your social team can post during the program. The full edited gallery is delivered within 24 hours.

Are you cleared and insured?

Yes—current WWVP and AFP police clearances, plus public liability insurance. We’re experienced with high-protocol venues and working alongside security protocol and media teams.

What about privacy and usage rights?

Galleries can be private and access-controlled with expiring links. You receive a licence for agency/embassy marketing (web, social, email, print). For broader or third-party media use, just let us know and we’ll sort the permissions.

What do we receive after the event?

A private gallery with web-ready and high-resolution files, consistent colour across the set, and optional caption/filename support for web, media releases and reports. Download links can be restricted or set to expire.

How do bookings, POs and pricing work?

Simple online quote acceptance; we’re PO-friendly and invoice on delivery with 14-day terms. One-off 2-hour coverage is available, as well as half- and full-day options. Overtime (if requested) is billed in 30-minute blocks.

Do you offer retainers or multi-day projects and travel?

Yes. Partnerships/retainers are available (with reduced-rate event coverage) for regular calendars. We also handle multi-day projects, state visits and public diplomacy programs, including interstate travel—rates POA based on scope and itinerary.
