Upon final payment by client/s, Client/s are allowed to display resulting contents for personal or commercial use. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of CAPITAL STUDIO. Client/s will receive a high resolution digital drive/USB with printing rights, and may make prints for personal use, but may not copy, or re distribute the disk/USB for commercial use. The client must obtain written permission from CAPITAL STUDIO prior to the Client, their associates, friends or relatives selling the photographs or publishing them commercially (Eg. Newspaper, Magazine).
CAPITAL STUDIO does not provide any RAW format contents to client/s due to copyright security and it does not represent the quality CAPITAL STUDIO strives for. CAPITAL STUDIO takes pride in the content creation, and contents will not be delivered if they do not meet CAPITAL STUDIO’s quality standards. Whilst CAPITAL STUDIO’s editing style is quite complimentary, please note below, what defines CAPITAL STUDIO’s “edited” images. CAPITAL STUDIO’s edited images include colour correction, exposure correction, and framing. CAPITAL STUDIO’s edited images do not include retouched or photo-shopped images. This is a service CAPITAL STUDIO does offer at extra cost.
